Oh the pain. Unbelievable, paralyzing pain. I started Crossfit Monday. For those who don't know, Crossfit is a strength/conditioning workout regimen. It's hard. I've only done two classes, and they are only introductory classes. My workout of the day (WOD) is finished in less than 15 minutes. But I am seriously out of shape. (The last time I worked out regularly was before I ever had kids!) So, for the last two days I haven't been able to move. I struggle to sit in a chair, and once I'm in, it takes a few minutes to get back up. Picking Maggie up out of her crib or off the floor practically brings tears to my eyes. I've been assured that it will get better, and I know it will, but right now that seems impossible! I have one more introductory class, and then I join the big kids. Those classes are an hour long! Pretty sure I'm going to die.

While right now I'm among the pathetic, someday I'll be one of those chicks with the abs and the thighs of steel.
But first they have to stop burning.....
I've heard the name, but didn't really know anything about it til I watched the video - looks challenging!! Have fun! (If that's possible... ;-) )
